Hi Friends,
I just turned 40 years old today, and like most people who turn 40 I started thinking about my past 40 years. I'm pretty much very happy so far.
But I really starting thinking about what mark I will leave behind in the world. What will people remember most about me, what good have done or have I really done anything to make the world a better place.
Do any of you wonder to yourselves about your mark in the world?

Wish You A Very Happy B'Day.
Why to think of the future and get worried that what others will think about us when we will not be there.Enjoy the present .I hope you will be much more happy in the future then you have been in the past.Wish you all the best.

Thank you for the birthday wish, but I think you read my post wrong, I AM VERY HAPPY, I have 4 beautiful children and am amazing wife. I was asking if people ever wonder about leaving a mark in the world, something people will remember you by.

Happy Birthday :-)
I am now 55 years young and have often thought what I would leave as my mark. I would like to think that I would be remembered for being a loyal friend, a good and loving mother, a caring and compassionate person and someone who did her best.

First of all - Happy B-day. Turning 40 is supposed to be a big day in all peoples life =)
I am just 26 so these thoughts are yet to haunt me - but I am sure that they will later on - In a few years.
I am hoping that people will remember me as a kind and generous person who always took the time to listen and help others - coz I do =)

I'll be 55 this year and I haven't even figured out what my purpose for being here is. When I figure that out I might be able to tell you what mark I leave behind.
Hopefully it will be some chocolate smears and drops of champagne and a little sign that says..."I was here."

I'm really not concerned about leaving my mark on the world. The only thing i hope I've accomplished is leaving a good example for my family. I hope they can say that I was fun ,loving,and set a good example. I hope they have the same love for God that I do. That they enjoy everything life has to offer them they way I feel I have.

I like to think my kids are my primary mark on this world. Next to that, the people I have blessed or helped while on this road will reflect my mark as well. I do not know how I will be remembered, but I am pretty certain I will be.

Almost everyone in this world struggles to leave best image in this world and we continiously strive hard for it. I think not to do anything wrong, not to hurt anybody,be honest and enjoy life, this much is enough for making the world a better place.
