Who would you rule out if the new 'friends' accept a new comer?

I know the 6 friends constitute good integration, Joey himself just cannot make it. But conversely what if one member isn't available for the new season, he/she has to been replaced by a new charactor, who would you think he/she should be?

Is it coming back? And why if it is? I mean, the end of the series was a great place to leave it...and how are they all going to live near one another again, I mean with the twins for Monica and Chandler, and all of that? I think that they should leave it done.
