need help what is wrong with egold????

dont expect a satisfying answer from egold. i got scammed two days ago with an email (i know stupid me but still). knowing that it was my mistake (they post warnings about it on their website) i didnt expect my money back, i still expected that they show interest in the case and at least investigate for their own good, but they only sent me an email (took them 2 day to reply) back with a standard text referring to security measures (i quess security of their site is my obligation). this bothered me especially since i told them the batchnumber and the e-gold user responsible for the fraud. so from my experience you will have to find out yourself and live with your new balance. dont expect help from egold.

I hope you have changed your password and make it something safe with upper and lower case and also numbers. I think it is hard to get money back when it is taken from egold and I hope it doesn't happen again to you.

I don't know if this can make you feel better but you aren't the only one.Many people lost money from e-gold ,they are hacker everywhere and you never know when they will come to you.I hope you don't sign in to your account from a link that you receive by email.The last few days many people receive an email telling them they must sign in at them egold account for the account stay active,the email seems to be from e-gold but......ofcourse wasn't. Anyway I hope is the last time you loose money with this way.

i hope you are not in trouble. i just logged in to mylot to specifically scan some posts about e-gold because i have some money coming in to an e-gold account for the first time. i'm kind reluctant to give the green light to the money sender...hm.
