As a man, we usually must make a decision when you have several choices. Which one will you choose? today, one thing keeps bothering me a lot. That is about my career. I love my recent job very much. However someone offer me another job opportunity, and offer me a better salary and excellent training chance. besides above, they also promise that they will give me more comfortable working environment.but th people in my recent office are very nice to me. they give me lots of helps when i cam here two years ago. My boss also treat my very equally, and give me lots of advice and helps when i am in trouble during the past two years. So thia is so difficult for me to make a decision. Hut now i have got married, and must support my family. I want to make more money. but i still feel very confused about my career futrue, and don't know what i will do in the future. one more thing that i want to add is that recent company where i work is state-owned company, and the company that i may go to is a foreign company. some friends teel that i don't give up my recent work, and working in foreign company is not very stable. one day when the foreign company go bankrupt, i will lose my job. they ask me to think over what we siad carefully. What do you think of my situation?

seeking for better prospectives is your right. But you should justify that first which one is better for your future. Accept good and try for better. If you are a skill person then better jobs will follow and seek you. wish you best of luck jimhuo.

Actually you don't need to ask anyone for the opinion. You are the one who can give yourself an answer. You are standing between of the benefit of the new company and also the relationship with the old company. You should measure which is your most need. Is it benefit of the relationship with the old company.
IMHO, go ahead to new company while you still keep in touch with the old company. In this case, you won't hurt anyone. I don't think your old company will treat you like enemy when you go to the new company. In order for your self development, you should go to the new environment learn and perform more to get more reward from them. This is the best ways for you to contribute to this society:).

In my opinion , request your boss for more salary , excenllent training chance, etc .
