Relationship with your daughter/son after your grandchild arrives

I was wondering if anyone has encountered your daughter/son not wanting you around to visit your new grandchild? I encountered this yesterday from my daughter. When she first came home from the hospital, I would go over and try to help with household chores. I also did laundry and bottles so she could rest and be with her newborn. I must have over stepped my boundries yesterday. I was there visiting and all the sudden she started packing her stuff up to leave and I was very hurt. I try to help as much as I can and try to keep my opinions to myself, but maybe I didn't yesterday. I was wondering when you are hurt like this how do you recover?
