Should aid be banned on tv channel?

u.p. mein hai dum yaha zurm hai kum - aid read by amitabh bachan. do you think such a big celebrity should do this aid for few money. what impact would be on society if celebrity started coming with this aid. his repo has dinished or excelled. yesterday on India TV Shatrughan Sinha told in his interview that this type of aid is not legal because u.p. is most disturbed state. comment please. do you agree with shatrughan statement. thanks.
