i say the peppers, as good as they are they cannot get out of playing the same melody...... i would say the artic monkeys are much better.......

I'm a big RHCP fan myself, and why? Well, first, they're not like other rock bands, they're special. First, their singer - Kiedis, wasn't going for rock in the first place, he had some hop-hop, rap ambitions. Anyway, that makes songs feel a lot more 'merrier'. Second, the bassist - Flea. He rocks. I guess they played funk when they begun to suit Kiedis, and later they switched... What makes them different from other bands is that they're really "tuned" to each other. They know what the other one is going to play even when improvising, like they can read each others mind. John Frusciante is an awesome guitarist, among best at the time. Flea deserves admiring because he can bass to John's solos, because they're really delicate. I don't want to forget their drummer(Chad), of course, which also rocks. Anyway, they're in 'tune', they make awesome, catchy music, they will do more certainly, and I wish so! I guess they're in the top 3 at the moment. Over and out.

well, well well,....rhcp? the best for me...i have completed their albums and i like it very much.....ummm, i think they are not the only one the best, as long as you love music its hard to decide..........maybe they are one of the best because for so many years they are still alive and keep on rockin us...
