favourite board games...?

My fave board game has got to be The Game Of Life, I really enjoyed this game since i was younger. Has anyone got a fave board game i know there a bit out of fashion nowadays but some are still enjoyable. Any other old board games can you think of?

we love monopoly...that game brings the worst out of my friends, but we can't help but to play it everytime we get together...I also love The Game of Life..its just too bad we don't have that in the house..I also love Sorry and Scrabble

it's a game for 2-4 players and there are four colors..red,blue,yellow and green...you basically move according to cards with numbers on them and the goal is to get around the board to your area thats called the "safety zone"...you have four pieces to get there in all..there are cards like "move 3 places" and so on..there are even cards that say you can take another player's piece and put yours where theirs was..that causes them to have to move back to their starting area..its a fun game, but truthfully, after a little while, it can get a little boring..its a game for people to play with friends and you want to make them a little miserable..

I've always played Monopoly with my kids, who are grown now. We still play sometimes when everyone comes home. We play Scrabble and Yahtzee too.
