for this i am totally gonna blame the selection committee who frequently do experiments with the team....
they never let any of the new comer to settle down....

Can you explain what major changes has been made by the selection commitee recently??!! They have not made any major changes recently that's why this decline in quality of batsman and bowler and believed in senior players in their past performances.
