What will you do before...

I'm about to log out...Should take some rest... But why not post a disscussion..so that there is something for me to look here at mylot tommorrow... Every night, before going to sleep i'll say a little prayer..be thankfull for the day..for everything...And wish tommorrow will be a better day..And bless all who dear to me.. :) How about you..? WHAT WILL YOU DO BEFORE GOING TO SLEEP?

That's a good habit thinking the things we have done all day,what we have done good,what we have done bad.If we harm others ,we should ?? confess,and not do it again.

Before going to bed I set everything out for the next day, Then while lying in bed I go over everything that is going to happen the folling day, I then stare at the ceiling for about 2 hours before actually falling asleep.

wow..stare the ceiling for 2 hours...hehe guess your ceiling is very pretty..joking..why? have problem with sleeping?
