choose:: BEACH OR MOUNTAINS?

I prefer the mountains for a picnic, Any time food is involved, I avoid all sandy areas, any amount of wind, and the food is ruined....

I am a beach person. I love to go to the beach! I try to get to Florida at least once a year and stay on the beach. In the summer, I will take my kids to the local beach for picnics quite often. There is nothing like soaking up the sun while wathing the kids playing in the sand.

i'd have to say the beach. it's so refreshing to go to the beach.

i'm torn between the two. but if i really have to choose, i'd go for the mountains. not everyone who wants to go to the mountain can go there. it is more challenging to climb a mountain because you need to be physically fit in climbing. once in the summit, you can see a breath taking view. for high mountains, the clouds are just within reach. it's really like being on top of the world :)

For picnics I prefer the mountain because it is not that hot as at beaches and I feel realxed in the fresh air. It's peaceful and quiet and it's near to my home. Lucky me I have five mountains to choose from that are around my city.

beach is good but mountain climbing is great really great!!!

I truly can't decide.. I've been to both and even had high spiritual experiences at each.. They are both so majestic and awesome.. mountains.. high up,, clean air.. blue sky.. ocean.. water and air blending.. waves crashing.. Nope, can't decide..

Mountain. I am a rather mountain man- the sky-high peaks, the snow in the hill top, the forest - and the waterfall, paint a pleasant picture in my mind. It is so nice to behold the beauty of the mountains; I guess - it has been the saddest moment of my life each time I say goodbye to the hills, the woods, the forest birds and the unknown creatures to end my tour to mountains.

i would always go for the mountain ..as because i chase for thrills and adventure ..what a life without a challenge and adventure

I think the mountains would be good for a picnic. Crisp and clean. Fresh air. No sand. Shade if you need it. I think a clearing in the mountains with just enough shade trees to filter the sunlight and make it sparkle. Maybe...a waterfall nearby for a later swim.

beach because there is more space...mountain is too cold generally...or at least the mountains that we have here are too cold.

Mountains are great for keeping your mind entertained especially if you are walking, as there is so much to see and loads of different senic views! however if you want to relax the beach is the place to go! relaxing sound of waves, hot sun! I love em both! :-)

I'm a true beach bunny. I love the water although I do love the mountains. We are surrounded here by the Highlands of Cape Breton. I have spent a lot of my time taking many pictures on these mountains but for relaxing give me the beach any day. I love looking for unique driftwood and cool stones. I love taking photos of waves crashing or just walking on the waters edge. Or just watching people having fun. I love just to sit back and let my imagine run wild and feel the sun on my face.It doesn't even half to be the summer I just love the serene spot the sound of the water. its a very calming environment for me.
