i used to be one (until i got bored of taking calls daily..). i like orally talking to someone halfway across the globe. although many of our clients are pretty harsh, i don't mind, coz i'm pretty sure they're not mad at me. i like it when some of them rant and curse, and feel relieved after doing so. what i like most are the pay and bonuses. hehe.. i get a hell lot of it.. c',)

yeah, i've been an agent too and i quit. but what i really miss the most are my friends there..we'll laugh and eat all the way to the pantry where we'll succumb ourselves to an 8-hour caffeine overload.lolz. and yes, the ranting clients. ha-ha. and the pay. =) tnx for ur comment!

in our pantry, theres so much free coffee but i prefer the free choco! hahaha.. i indulge on those choco packs and drink approx 5L of it during my shift.. c',)

i was a call center agent before i got promoted to another position, i dont take calls anymore, but really it was fun being an agent too. i took calls for 2 years! :)
i missed the bloopers from the callers, and sometimes those silly questions you got from callers. hehe it was really hard trying not to laugh or giggle..
