Shooting at Virginia Tech College

Has everyoneheard the news that Virginia Tech college is under a lockdown due to several shootings there on campus this morning. Police have one suspect in custody and are looking for another one possibly. There will be a news conference around noon on msnbc.
Also, all Montgomery County VA schools are now closed for the day.
Do any of you have students in this school? If so, please know that they are in our prayers and that our entire online homeschool network group are praying for them.

This is horrific. My son graduated from V-tech 4 years ago. I can't imagine how frightened and sick to their stomachs parents of current students must be at this time. What on earth are we becoming as a society that we will just go on a campus and enter buildings and start shooting. Please keep all of these students, faculty, staff and parents in your prayers.

They are in our prayers. This is a shock to everyone and I can't imagine how horrified parents were if they heard this on the news as there was so much not known at the time that the news was breaking.
I have heard reports that it was due to a domestic dispute, but what gives anyone the right to take someones life like that and especially to kill so many more innocent victims!
These students face a long road of healing ahead of them and may God bless them!!

I just heard on msnbc that 20 people have been killed and that the shooter was an Asian man in his mid 20's. I will keep updating as I hear about this. Protect your children!!
