I do not have any money to pay for anything like what you suggested.
However, I have enrolled with a penpal web site, and am speaking online with people in China, Ghana, and elsewhere. That is great for language learning and practice.

It's because China is a fast growing country. They also have one of the largest populations in the world. To keep up you should learn their language. If you are interested, you might want to check this site, I learned Japanese here quite quickly.

I saw so many English language country's people very interest in learn Chinese. But it's really hard to learn.
I usually teach the girls who are work with me some simple chinese sentences like" how are you; good morning; happy new year, etc." But after few mintues, they will forget it, and come and ask again. They all said it's hard to learn.
I want more and more people can speak chinese, and know about some chinese culture.
