2 Shooting at Virginia Tech University Leaves +22 dead

http://www.foxnews.com/wires/2007Apr17/0,4670,VirginiaTechShooting,00.html I just read the news from the link above and I felt sick knowing that the shooter is Asian like myself. I really hope people won't look at us as terrorists now because of just a few bad apples among us. My condolences!

I know that informing the public is of utmost importance, but I don't like the fact that once it happens at one school, it then happens at another and then another and another. These monsters are getting the ideas from news stories, which is very sad and very pathetic. When did this happen? I just learned about it now when they cut into The Bold and The Beautiful. I turned over to the Canadian channel to continue watching the soap so I haven't heard the whole story. (I know. I'm pathetic.) But they, I'm learning stuff off here, aren't I? My heart goes out to those families and the students who will forever be traumatized from this event.

I really don't understand how this can continue to happen in this day and age. There must be some kind of explanation. There must be help out there for people with deep inner emotional problems. Why do people have to take out their frustrations and anxieties on innocent people. I feel so bad that it's becoming so commonplace to hear about senseless killings that it's almost not a shock anymore. I can only pray that the family members will get through the devastation somehow. It's really a horrible waste. So unexpected. You just never know what can happen next. It makes me think that we should take the precious time we have and use it to the fullest and enjoy the life we have, spending every moment with our loved ones. My heart goes to you because you care as well. Take care.

I would also like to add my deepest sympathies to the family and friends of these students. This world has really gone mad. I don't know where it stops. I just know that every day, you read and hear more and more tragic and heart breaking stories.All these students did, was come to get an education and in a split second, their lives are over their families torn apart and heart broken. Someday, we may get to understand why, all these tragic and horrible things are permitted to go on.But for now, all we can do is ask why?.

WHAT?????????? I live here and didn't even here that. Omg, I guess I need to start watching tv instead od listening to music. Oh my heart just achs for the family of these victims. I just read about it just now while typing on Yahoo. It's on the Yahoo Home page. Off to hear about it on Tv. Thanks for letting us know. I am so out of it when it comes to the news.
