How do you manage your business? Do you work on a strategy? Do you know which advertising campaign is working and which is not? I used to advertise randomly without knowing which campaign is working and which is not, just count on luck hoping that someone from a trafficexchange signs up under me. I used to have over 20 ad campaigns not knowing which ones are bringing me results. However, once I educated my self i started using an autoresponder, ad tracking, better leads. The autoresponder saved me a lot of time and made me focus on other things to improve my business -- all the followup and capturing done by my autoresponder The adtracking allowed me to know which advertisements are working and which are not, now for instance i cut down my advertising channels to around 6, i trippled the traffic to my website, and i am currently designing a blog for my business and putting big plans to my self.. I tell you its much better when one is in control.. You how do you manage your business? do you have any tips that could be useful for us? Please share
