A person named Bunty has got 550 cases of thefts to his name. after six years, now he is in the hands of police. first time when he was caught he managed to escape from the jail but now police has taken strict actions against him.
What do you think is the appropriate punishment for him????He is not Bunty of Bunty Bubblee. Its a real story. Today I heard this news in t.v.

I think he should be tied with chains properly from head to toe. so that he can't just think of escape.
But I must say bravo .......... 550 cases of thefts
