we try to keep our kids out of trouble and to teach them right from wrong. we try to keep them safe. what is going on with this world today? we have people going on a killing rampage and people in general going off and killing people like they are nothing. i do not understand why? i am a singal mom and i am afriad to let my children out of my site. i bring them to school because i am thier bus driver and i bring them home so that part is okay with me it is when they are in school that i ama worried about and to tell u the truth no one should have to worry avbout thier kids is school. unfortually that is where it all starts and i can not understand why. if thier is anyone out thier that can help me understand why then pleasse help me to understand that.

I don't know if we will ever understand it all this side of heaven.
We live in a fallen, sinsick world and we need the Lord so much!
My best advice is to love your children and tell them that every single day, pray for them and ask God to help you keep them as safe as possible.
Remember that He loves them so much too and He is watching over them.
I live about 10 miles away from VA Tech and this is waaaay too close to home!

ever single night i tuck them in and say i love them and when i drop them off at school. if i do not say i love you when i drop them off at school i will not be right until i do say it to all three of them.every sunday i pray to god to watch over me and my kids and to keep them safe.

Honestly I think this is something we will never understand. Think about it when we hear on the news that some one killed people and mutilated them the first thing I ask my self is "What were they thinking?" I personally could NEVER hurt someone like that.
I have always heard and believe that the mind is a complicated thing and we will never fully understand it.
All that we can do for our loved ones and keep them in our thoughts and prayers, and wish them the best in what ever and where ever they go.
The one thing I make shure I do is tell my loved ones and closest friends that I love them because you never know who is out there.
