Jose Padilla to finally go to trial!

Do you remember him? Jose Padilla was arrested at the beginning of this war that we are currently in and held as an enemy combatant. The government claimed that he was trying to let off a dirty bomb. However, this "dirty bomb" charge is now dropped and he is finally going to trial for terrorism charges. Padilla claims that he was tortured during interrogation although the government deniese these charges. After three and a half years, he will finally get his day in court. What are your thoughts?
