why cant guys dress in womens clothes when gals can wear guys clothes??

Generally we have seen that gals are being accepted if they wear menswear like shirts, tshirts, jeans, pants, suits etc bt why arent guys accepted wearing skirts, corsets, halter necks, minis, tops, etc?? give me ur views on this do u think this should be acceptable in this world when we talk of equality among men and women???
