can anyone help my sinus problem? please?

I have sinus problems as well. The only symptom I don't feel that you do is the pressure in my face. Mine starts just before the top of my head and works it's way back along my sinuses down to the back of my neck. I know there is pressure in my eyes, because my vision increases and decreases. I'm so congested that when I sneeze, my back and arms hurt, and I used to get an average of 80 nosebleeds a month and often I will get very very tired all of a sudden (from lack of oxygen). Nothing has really helped me either, but here are some of the things I have been told to try (some of which have sometimes succeeded). 1) Boil Water mixed with Sea Salt in a large pot. Stick your head in and inhale through your nose gently (you don't want to drown yourself) keep the solution in your nose for like 30 seconds and exhale. 2) My favourite anti-hystemine is Aerius, by the makers of Claritin, but it actually works 3) Nasal steroids like Nasonex, Flonase and Gen-Beclo 4) That surgery some people get - I have been advised against this many times 5) Allergy shots to prevent further build-up. It won't solve your problem, but it will prevent it from getting worse, and eventually the stuff will clear out.
