how many of you drink pepsi or coke while you eat

Not me... I prefer staying away from them while I am having my meals to enjoy my meals to the fullest... I also not tend to drink water while eating... It destroys the tastes of the dishes...

If you are having pepsi with your lunch and dinner then it's really bad for your health .. It will ruin your health. You won't see the health problem initially but in the long run you will definitely come to know that it has ruined your health. Try to eat healthy foods rather taking pepsi all the time with your food. I am from Delhi, India.

I agree with touchnshine.It is really bad to have pepsi or coke regularly .It will damage your health permanantly in the long run.Try to change this habbit.It is really harmful.

Certainly it has some bad efects. But having born in a gulf country were a cool drink means lot in the scorching heat I always have a glass of pepsi gold [my favourite nowdayz]along with my meals. And that completes my meal.
