how i can improve my ablity?

now ,i am really puzzled because i can not do well in english learning last year, i took the eaxmination of postgraduate,but i failed in english my score is 98 the total is 150.
recently , i can't study because i am not confident in learning . who can help me ?

Dear friend yococo, though you have failed in the examinations, I find that you have scored almost two third of marks. That is a possitive thing. So don't get frusturated. You have the will, you have the potential. Keep yourself motivated and you are sure to master the English language. all the best.
