I want you tell me which is the best computer for a rough use.i want to buy the best computer to play games and i want to use it really like a entertainer?Can any one suggest me which is the best computer for my use

For laptop I like IBM for desktop I like Lenovo,but Dell is inexepensive,I maight think about it also.
