Fresh graduates nowadays are really having a hard time looking for a job, but once you browse newspapers there were a lot of Job postings. In need for this, in need for that and so on and so forth... Is there really a great opportunity in your country after graduation? or working outside the country is the best way to earn for a living? Call Center Companies are now the in demand jobs for fresh grads.. But how is the lifestyle of call center agents while having their graveyard shifts?!

In some aspects of employment here in the Philippines, we could say that Call Center Companies has contributed in addressing unemployment issues. In fact, lots of fresh graduates today are indulged into call center and i know they're paid reasonably inspite of a hard job. Well, if we're gonna talk about graveyard shifts, it matters a lot on health but then, as we come over, call center industries came up with precautions to avoid illness after it.
I could say its quite hard a lifestyle of a call center would, but..., it saves a lot from starvation. call center jobs is good for those who are capable of doing it.

I love your avatar.
I agree with you that call centers are helping us greatly economically. Let us be happy that they are around. Fresh graduates can always avail of the employment opportunity they offer until they will find a more suitable job, that is, if they will not develop a love for this kind of work.

If it is that hard to find a job, it will be wise to opt for working in a call center. A year or two of sacrifice while saving as much as one can, will be a good strategy to have. While working, one can find ways to enhance his qualifications so he will get hired easily for more desirable jobs later on. So, for those fresh graduates out there, I suggest that you stratgize. The presence of call centers in our country is really a plus, if we take a deeper look into it.
