no.. i get too lazy in using conditioners coz they're very hard to wash out. i just use shampoo everyday and conditioner at least 3x a week. i always use creamsilk conditioners coz it really works for my hair.

After every shampooing I like to apply some conditioner on my hair and do some massaging as well. This will make me easier while rinsing the hair under the shower and avoid my hair from being entangled. After washing, my hair will become softer and slender. I normally use a mild hair condition as my scalp couldn’t stand a stronger one. It will be more convenient for me to use the compact two in one shampoo with conditioner.

Sometimes I would use my conditioner after I use shamoo but thats rare maybe once every couple of weeks I would only use it if its a real mess and very hard to comb because sometimes I have a hard time combing my hair so thats when I would use my conditioner even though I dont like to use conditioner because once Im done with shampoo I just like to finish.
