What do you think about change?

What do think about change? Does it give you pain or does change heal? Why people resist change?
I guess it is the fear before change which is horrible. After it, change can be for better actually.

people resits change because it invades thier comfort zone i am one of those i am not a lover of change but you are correct the anticipation itself is often much worse than the actual change !
