i want to compress 950mb data into 650 mb ....is it possible?

hi guyz i wanna compress 950 mb data into 650 mb its possible or not pls help me i use win rar its compress 950mb into 850 thats not useful for me.....because i want to compress 950 mb in to 650 mb

Try KGB Archiver, but it will need a lot of resource. For Extreme compression you'll be asked for more than 1GB RAM, it was above the 7zip compression power

If Winzip is unable to compress it to your liking, try 7Zip. 7Zip got the best compression ratio that you can have presently. If 7Zip doesn't do the trick, no other will do. Good luck.
