Most of people in the world do have to work in order to survive. But many people actually don't like their jobs, they just want to make money but not like it.So do you love your current job,are you interested in it?Or just earn money at the condition of no other choice.

My job is okay. Not great, but not really terrible.
It's very boring & repetitive. (I type for a living ~ just data entry work.)
It's quiet & peaceful. People are respectful of each other. But we are not allowed to speak to each other when we are working. We just sit in silence, typing along. It's very monotonous ~ and I actually *fall asleep* sometimes while I'm working!!!
However... it's inside, and I feel safe there. No one threatens me or is rude or condescending. It is lonely there... but I'm there to make a living. Not to make friends.
And it's a lot better than my previous jobs. I have been a cashier, mostly, working at grocery stores and at a fast food restaurant. Those jobs are much more stressful, with rude customers, rude co-workers, and way too fast-paced for me.
I also have a bad back, so it's best for me to do office work.
So... my job isn't Perfect. I don't Love it. But it's okay for now.
I am an on-again-off-again college student. And I'm trying to start up a small business & do freelance writing. So I don't think I'm locked into it forever. So there is a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. (And I *am* passionate about writing.)
Anyway, it could be a lot worse. ;)
So please tell us... do you enjoy your job? (I didn't see any opinion expressed on your part!)
Take care,
Gwen

I hate my job. I work in a retail showroom and get paid on commission. It's very stressful and I'm sick of it. Some weeks I have a decent paycheck, others I might be lucky to get $100. Some days we stand around all day and hardly see any customers. The bosses are always breathing down our backs. They set very high goals for the sales staff and if you don't meet them you get written up and fired. The customers are always looking for a better deal. Our delivery crews are terrible. We are constantly getting calls from upset customers complaining about their delivery and they want US (the sales staff) to fix it! It's so frustrating! My new manager is such a jerk. I'm trying to move to a different position within the company and if I don't get the job I'm going to have to go work elsewhere. My interview was last Saturday and they said they'd get back to me in about a week, so wish me luck! I'm on pins and needles waiting to find out. I thought I did really well at the interview but for some reason I just don't have a good feeling about it....

Thank you, I believe so too. I'm trying to stay positive but I really need to switch jobs and that in and of itself is very stressful. I'm really hoping I get this other position that I applied for. It would improve my life a lot and take a lot of stress and worry away. The corporate manager who interviewed me said it would be about a week before they let me know though. It's only been 4 days and already it feels like it's been a lifetime. Good luck to you too. I know eventually everything will be okay.
