friend it is a shocking news that there r so much expenditure on different things, but the selection committee who spent so much time in spending the fate of players r not even paid a penny. they r selecting not only national team but also domestic team, but they r not given salary. bcci is the richest board , no doubt, they shuld think wisely & give salaries to the selection committee so thst they can give there 100% in selection of a team.

Well, this has been a long standing debate whether BCCI should go on for Paid Selection Committee or not and most people will agree with your proposal. In fact BCCI also in its new reformation of Team India has kept the matter under consideration and it is likely to be implemented from the next year.
Anyway, so far as members of selection committee are concerned, I've never heard that they have lodged any complaint regarding their remuneration. As a matter of fact the posts hold so much power and dignity that it probably compensates well for the job they have to do.
But as you have pointed out correctly, it would be better to make these posts salaried as it would be easier to fix responsibility then.
