is there a difference between honesty and truthfulness?

The straightest, surest path to respect and confidence is honesty. It is the most important virtue in character building. It is a bright and shining quality. Anyone who strives to make the most out of life's possibilities needs honesty.Honesty is always consistent with itself and needs nothing else. It sits within your heart. Honesty is the habitual observance of truth and is the best policy. I really do not feel there is any difference between honesty and being truthful.
