Do you have a habit such that everytime you walk to office or home and got a bread at hand, start to munch and munch while walking to your destination? I do have this habit and what is surprising is I am not in a hurry. So is it that I am impatience or just a habit?

Hi Titaniumsoul,
Unless it is that you're simply hungry ... I'd say it's probably habit.
Try bringing a backpack with you the next time you stop off for a snack. Instead of eating it immediately, put the snack in your backpack and walk a ways. Make note of whether it bothers you that the snack is in the backpack, or if you go about your regular walk with little thought to the snack. If you find yourself obsessing about the snack, then it's probably a learned habit. If the snack is of little consequence, then I'd say it probably has more to do with the snack being visible and accessible.
Hmmm, it sounds like you have an experiment on your hands. Do let us know how it turns out, ok?

The outcome is the snack is of little consequence. I will take out if I am feeling hungry, I will eat as I walk.
