Recently my family physicial told that one should restrict Non-Veg food after the age of 30 to reduce certain health risks like Heart,Blood Pressure,Diabetes & High Cholesterol. So, do Vegetarian people really have less risk of developing such dieseases in there life span?Do they lead a more healthy life than Non Veg people.I eat Non Veg stuff but occationally.

Well personally, I think they do. Healthy eating really results to healthy living. If you eat all the bad stuffs, dont expect to have the perfect health. The vegetarians deserve to have good health because they make it their lives to eat right.
