prashant27jain Rating is anonymous. The reason is so that you can rate honestly and fairly based on the page itself without worrying about what someone else might think. It also removes the phenomenon of 'social rating.' That is giving an inflated rating that isn't relevant...

I ususally sleep at the most 5 hours.. but at the least 3 or 4.. IM so bad i never get enough sleep. What about you?

prashant27jain I sleep about 4 hours a night and I'm on tx and that is with sleep meds. The tx tends to make me manic. My brain never stops, I atribute that more to the riba than anything. And I only take the Riba - 1 am and 1 pm. When I'm not on treatment I get about 8 or 9...
