prettymommy Hello, I have a dauther of 7 mo. I breast feed my baby and I had almost the same problem and its frustating. What it really helped me a lot wasto drink a lot of water, also drink a lot of cranberry juice, a lot of milk and eat Very good and healthy foods. So...
