my parents want me to study engineering but I like to study pure physics? is this a good idea? and what are the good universities for it?

prototaip I am planning to stop study engineering,and still waiting for opportunity to come.I have studied engineering for two semesters and I achieved very pathetic results.Maybe in the middle of this year,I will succeed to do what I want.

i want sometihng about english language form everyone.can everyone use basic english in all discussions. because i am a turkish and i can speak and write english very well but some peaple are using english in heavy sentences.

prototaip Thanks. Now I try to correct your previous comment. "I will happy" should be "I will be happy",since happy is an adjective,not a verb.
