how do you control your ANGER???

Generally most of the people become out of control when they are angry.I shout on everybody when I am angry but feel very guilty afterwards.I try a lot to control my anger but its waste.Please share your views in this regard...

hi folks...for me sleeping is the best time pass.whenever i get time i just take a nap.i just want to know if it is common for others too???
