emeraldisle Oh I feel for you with this but also the fact that you hadn't noticed prior to. That makes it rough for you. Hopefully when you go in to see the doctor things won't look so bad. If it is scoliosis you are looking at braces and therapy but it is fixable....

mimpi EAT, EAT MORE AND EAT HEALTHY. eating only makes us gain weight, so dude get going and start eating. eat healthy, eat more and more fruits, vegetables, carbohydrates and proteins, avoid junkies and concentrate on baked, grilled stuff. Do exercises, work day...

naha123 its easy to gain weight but its tough to lose weight.. to gain weight eat fat items and also some proteins.. eat foods like chocolates and ice creams to gain weight.. and also eat some nuts...

I do both. I hand wash my delicate clothes to prevent it from damaging and stretching. For my heavy clothes like pants and shorts I machine wash it, because it's kinda heavy. Do you wash your own clothes? How do you do it?
