What is it and how does it work? Anybody know? I was thinking about doing it, but not sure what it's all about and can't find much info on it besides download it and make money.

I heard on Oprah awhile back, that you should have the talk with your kids when they are young, like 8-10, rather than waiting till they are 16 or something. My son will be 9 yrs old this April, I'm thinking about doing it, but...
