How to Install a PTC script

Does anyone out here know how to install a PTC script, i have one , but i donot know how to use it.

Punski Just download and install XAAMPP and then put the script files in the "htdocs' folder, The go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin and then create a new database call it anything, then once its created go to the script folder there should be a txt file called "...
