I have been a vegetarian. I fell so great! I like to share my experience. I strongly suggest you to eat more vegetable. My father eat so much meat, now stay in hospital. I hope YOU ARE HEALTHY.

Kelsey Ann I have been a vegetarian for the past year. I really think that it is a good lifestyle choice and has many health benefits. Also, you are not killing animals for no reason. There are many more ways to get protein and its actually better for you to get protein...
