I haven't made up my mind yet. It's 12.30am here and I can't decide if it should be the start of my fasting. Initially, I had 3 days in mind. Yes, I meant to fast for 3 consecutive days but I would drink plain water (no juice)....

raheelsohail Well i tried this too maybe like 3 yrs ago. I didnt eat anything for 36 hrs. I felt hypoglycemic towards the end and felt like i was about to faint. So i had break my fast. Its crazy if u think u might lose fat. u will but along with tht ur proteins will break...
