what is the bad side of drinking tea

i like to drink a cup tea, everyday i drink it 2/3 times, i can make it own, it too easy to make, but i don't know about tea's bad effective side. can anyone tell me what is the bad effective side of drinking tea............

raishaf Hi,it is more benefit than it's bad site. so i think you drink tea but it is no more than 2/3 cup in a day. it gives you cool mind and give up concentrate in your work.
