Yoga has side effects which effect your brain.These days people are getting misled by Yoga Gurus.Gurus swindle the innocents.They earn more than an Educated professional !

Rakesh8020 Yog don't have any side effects. If done under a real guru who has exprience. I know many person they are doing yag (YAGA is not correct word) since 15 to 40 years. They are so happy & satisfied with yag. I you are in search of real guru then visit...
