chezze My all time favorite is adobo ( the pure pork kind that's not sweet) and pinakbet with chicharon...hmmm yummy! my mouth is watering right now. I also like our paksiw ( any fish as long as fresh, a little bit on the sour side, and with eggplant and ampalaya)....

Bebekoh i love the ever famous ADOBO. i also like litson paksiw, sisig, sinigang na bangus, daing, kare-kare, etc. WOW! that's a mouthful. my mouth's watery right now. LOL!
