ramthegreat Yes. you are correct. I would like to add some more to your words. Yoga is a generic term definig the "union". There are different schools/teachings of yogas. some of them are 1. Hatha yoga 2. Astanga yoga of Patanjali 3. Kriya yoga of Sri Babaji 4....
