raoulandrei To have a deep sleep is recomanded to make a shower before go to the bad. Also is good what you say: to read o book,listening to music... I wake up every day on 7 a clock and I am tired in some cases... But this thing is becouse I go to the sleep on a late...

raoulandrei I also use PTC. If you have enough refferals is easyer to make money only with some clicks. Of course,to have good results you need seriosity from your team :)
