I loved fresh mushroom,every time I went to the grocery I really included fresh mushroom because of its wonderful taste. I am the one to cook it and I want a very simple cooking process for mushroom. I just saute it in a canola...

rdelgaldo I agree fresh mushrooms are amazing to eat over mashed potatoes. It adds flavor to the gravy.
