Recently I've been so very depressed in my situation although I just thought maybe it's only one side of my personality that being so worried to much about the future. But I know not only me thought of these things for the future...

do you drink carbonated drink after or while having your meals?

i have this habit and will smoke right after having any meal.. is it bad as eveyone is sayin? i don't feel anything...
