Do you smoke?

Do you smoke and if you do what kind of smokes do you smoke? I smoke menthols. I have smoked since I was 9 years old and I am now 49 years old. That's way too long. When I put in in writing it seems rediculous that I still smoke....

redes74 The hardest part about quitting is the mental part. The physical part you can kick in about a week or 2. It's the "habit" of smoking when you wake up in the morning, or after you eat that is the hardest habit to break. My biggest problem is when I get stressed...
